Grape varieties: a mixture of Syrah, Grenache και Cinsault.

Produced in the Holy Monastery of the Protection of the Mother of God in Solan in the south of France, a metoxion of the Holy Monastery of Simonos Petras. The wine is cultivated on “living” soil, without herbicides or synthetic fertilizers. Harvesting is done by hand, in crates, with special care so that only the perfectly healthy grapes are used.

Served at room temperature (15 to 16 ° C) or in the summer slightly cooled (12 ° C) with barbecues, poultry and cold cuts. It can be kept for 3 to 4 years.
