French BIO wine Mon bien-aimé

Colour: Rosé

Appellation : IGP Cévennes / 12.5% Alc. by Vol.

Grape varieties: a mixture of Carignan, Cinsault, Syrah και Vermentino.

Produced in the Holy Monastery of the Protection of the Mother of God in Solan, in the south of France, a metoxion of the Holy Monastery of Simonos Petras. The wine is cultivated on "living" soil, without herbicides or synthetic fertilizers. Harvesting is done by hand, in crates, with special care so that only the perfectly healthy grapes are used.

Served chilled (10 °C) after "aerating" it for half an hour, with barbecues, fish with sauce, cold cuts and all summer cuisines. Consume within 2 years.
